Dynascale Technologies Appoints Jean Carlos Carrasquel as Vice President of Sales
Las Vegas, NV – Tuesday, December 2, 2025 — Dynascale Technologies announced today the appointment of Jean Carlos Carrasquel as Vice President of Sales. He will lead Dynascale’s revenue organization during a period of rapid expansion driven by demand for secure, managed private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, compliance, and security.
Jean Carlos brings more than 20 years of global sales leadership across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. He has helped technology companies scale sales organizations, build strong channel ecosystems, and close multimillion-dollar cloud and SaaS initiatives across enterprise and mid-market sectors.
He previously held senior leadership roles at Rackspace, where he earned Sales Leader of the Year, Rackstar, and Salesman of the Year. He helped establish and grow the Mexico City office, leading partner development efforts that generated more than 60 percent of the region’s revenue. At BigCommerce, he served as Director of Payment Channel Sales, exceeding sales targets and strengthening the company’s global payments partner ecosystem. Earlier, as Vice President of Sales & Strategic Alliances at THG Ingenuity Hosting (THG Cloud Services), he led global sales, engineering, and channel teams to four consecutive years of quota overperformance.
Jean Carlos also held senior channel leadership positions at Onramp Access (Lightedge), where he expanded the partner network and delivered 127 percent year-over-year MRR growth. His work has earned multiple industry awards, including recognition as a CRN Channel Chief in 2017 and 2018.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in Portuguese, he brings deep expertise across private cloud, hybrid cloud, SaaS, managed services, strategic partnerships, and enterprise sales execution. He studied Engineering at Universidad Simón Bolívar and Business Management at Universidad Nueva Esparta in Caracas, Venezuela.
